• In case of fraudulent activity, such as receiving a bonus with multiple accounts or engaging in meaningless trading patterns, the firm reserves the right to terminate the account(s), bonus amount, and any earnings derived from the bonus without prior notice.
• If a connection is detected between two accounts (e.g., same IP address, identical devices) or the use of anonymity services (VPS proxy, VPN networks like Tor, VPS, etc.), the company has the right to investigate and terminate the Welcome Bonus, earned profits, and the possibility of receiving such a bonus.
• To be eligible for a welcome offer, individuals must complete the entire registration process according to the company’s guidelines.
• The bonus is valid until its expiration date, which is 45 days from the date of receipt. All active welcome bonus offers will be canceled the day after expiration.
• Please note that the expiration of the welcome bonus will result in the closure of previously placed positions at the current market price. It is recommended to be aware of this and ensure the completion of necessary bonus turnover or end the bonus to avoid any confusion.
• If you have completed your trading turnover prior to the expiration date, forced position closing will not take place.
